We specialize in MIG/MAG and TIG welding, allowing us to precisely join steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components. We adhere to rigorous quality standards, attending to every stage of implementation—from initial design, through material preparation, to final finishing. Our services also include prototype welding and mass production, ensuring high repeatability and durability of joints.
Additionally, we offer a wide range of services, including:

CNC metal machining

milling

turning
Throughout the entire process, we combine CNC machining with stainless steel welding and precision welding, providing our clients with comprehensive detailing. No technical challenges stand in the way – one of our most recent projects involved the production of high-voltage cabinets for the railway industry. We provide comprehensive services, including boxes, brackets, frames, keys, trolleys, and more.
Whether you need prototyping, steel fabrication, or repairs, we’re confident we can provide the services you need. We’re proud to offer our clients affordable welding services. Our team of highly skilled welders has extensive experience in all types of welding, and we use the latest equipment and techniques. We offer a variety of welding services, including MIG/MAG, TIG, and welding of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, so we’re sure to have a solution that meets your needs. We also offer a variety of finishes and coatings that protect metal products from corrosion and enhance their appearance.
Welding methods at Femet
Arc welding with a non-consumable electrode (TIG)
TIG welding is characterized by the use of a solid tungsten electrode with the addition of zirconium or thorium. This is the procedure we use when fabricating secondary parts that require welding finishing, especially when working with magnesium or aluminum structures.
Gas-shielded welding (MIG/MAG)
In MIG/MAG welding, a continuous wire electrode is used to create an electric arc with the workpiece to generate heat, which in turn is consumed by the filler metal. The specificity of the procedure lies in the type of gas used: if it is active, it is MAG welding, while if it is inert, it is MIG welding. This type of welding is typically used for welding aluminum alloys or thin steels, although it can also be used for non-ferrous materials.
Welding and production of rail vehicle components
In accordance with the PN-EN 15085-2 standard in certification class CL2 and PN-EN 3834-3 and PN-EN 1090.
Welding of black steel, acid-resistant steel and aluminum
Black steel is an inexpensive material, making it one of the most popular on the market. However, its drawback is its susceptibility to corrosion. Therefore, when welding black steel, we make every effort to ensure it is corrosion-free, ensuring it is durable and meets technical requirements. Acid-resistant steel loses its corrosion resistance during welding due to the removal of the surface oxide layer. Therefore, after welding, we perform a procedure to restore this protective layer to the material’s surface. The last material, aluminum, is currently the second most commonly used metal and is an ideal material for welding.
